The Role
- Opportunity to work with a mixed caseload consisting of children and adults
- Conduct a range of assessments and planning for evidence-based interventions
- Provide high-quality and accurate reports
- Carrying out NDIS functional assessments including home assessments, fall risk assessments, skills assessments, development of individualised plans, equipment assessment recommendations and application and goal setting and planning
- Conditions include but are not limited to: autism spectrum, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, global developmental delay, intellectual disability, fragile X syndrome, learning disability, sensory processing disorder, stroke and acquired brain injury
