The facility is located in the Southern Tablelands region of NSW. Your main duties
You will play a pivotal role in promoting the well-being and quality of life for elderly residents. As a New Graduate Registered Nurse, you will learn to combine clinical expertise with empathy and compassion. Some of your duties will include:
- Holistic resident assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives.
- Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans.
- Supervision and support for Personal Care Workers/AINs.
- Clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management.
- Current registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions
- National Crime Check or willingness to obtain
- Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker's Clearance or willingness to obtain
- x2 doses of COVID-19 vaccination
