Opportunity for a Speech Pathologist to join a paediatric practice located in Carnegie, specialising in neuro affirming therapies for children with ADHD, ASD, and other neurodivergent conditions. Their small, supportive team of Speech Pathologists focuses on providing flexible, high-quality care in both clinic and school settings.
This role offers a mix of clinic-based and local school work, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule and work from home as needed. Work alongside experienced clinical mentors specialising in neurodiversity affirming practice, Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), AAC, speech sound disorders, preschool and school-aged language and more.

About the role:
- Provide speech therapy to children with a range of speech sound disorders, communication challenges, and developmental delays
- Work 50% in their clinic in Carnegie and 50% in local schools
- Learn and grow alongside other early career clinicians with the support of multiple experienced Speech Pathologists
- Manage your calendar while the admin team handles billing and administrative tasks
- Engage in ongoing learning and development in neurodivergent-affirming practices
- Gradually build up to billables of 4.5 hours per day so you can focus on quality therapy
- Participate in weekly supervision with the opportunity for frequent informal catch ups
- Salary from $75K - $80K + superannuation
- Potential to earn a bonus of 20% of fees when exceeding your targets
- Flexible working conditions including the option for telehealth and work from home
- Opportunity for a 4 day full time working week or 9 day fortnight
