Verona Homes is hiring a new team member in the rewarding role of a
New Home Sales Consultant / Display Home Host.
Verona Homes prides itself in producing high quality homes to clients in a timely manner, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and friendly communication.
With a steady pipeline of work, this role is suited to someone looking for long term employment in the residential construction and project home industry.
What your day to day looks like…
- Managing leads via the Verona website, Real estate.com, walks in and appointments
- Understanding and assessing client needs and providing solutions
- Creating and managing H&L packages online
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Exceeding customer service expectations
- Developing and maintaining a network with land developers, land agents, financiers
- Working out of our brand new Display homes in Leppington
- Keep Display homes neat and tidy
The successful candidate will have…
- A background in sales within the residential sector. (An Advantage)
- A competitive track record of project Home Sales (Greenfield and KDR) (An Advantage)
- Product knowledge in residential construction
- Excellent communication skills
- Happy to work weekends
- Ability to work autonomously and hit targets
- A “can do” and a “get the job done” attitude is a must
- Some experience in plan drafting is a bonus
- Knowledge and experience in managing social media accounts (An Advantage)
- Graphic design experience (An Advantage)
