About the role
New Home Sales Consultants who are self-motivated, have attention to detail that can work autonomously to deliver quality service to potential and existing clients. You will be offering some of the best home designs on the market supported with a high level of training, ongoing marketing campaigns and a strong team of professional staff.
Key Responsibilities for the role
· Strong focus on new business development
· Ensuring customers are nurtured and followed up
· Preparation of reports
· Manage CRM database & ensure data entered is accurate
· Working with clients to develop specific customer requirements and specifications
Skills & experience
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Professional standards in all areas
· Have the ability to work autonomously
· Performance driven
· A desire and a willingness to learn on the job
