We are looking for THE BEST Sales professionals to join our growing New Homes sales team.

About the opportunity:

The Sales Consultant is part of the Wilson Homes sales team and reports to the Sales Director. The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey purchasing a New Home. More specifically but not limited to, you will:

• Take responsibility for engaging with prospective customers at our display centre.
• Qualify customers with their budget, design & lifestyle requirements. 
• Progress customers through the sales and design process. 
• Evaluate and connect with the client in a short period of time and demonstrate you understand their needs. 
• Manage a pipeline of prospective purchasers at various stages of their journey and engage regularly with the client by providing value.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions.

About you

To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of Wilson Homes and NEX Group. In addition, you will demonstrate:

• An outgoing, confident personality with the ability to be highly engaging – people want to talk to you.
• A passion for home design and living spaces
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, can you think outside the square to achieve an outcome? 
• Be highly ambitious in wanting to achieve results. 
• Ideally have experience working in a Sales environment 
• Most importantly ….. a passion for working with and helping people. 
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends
