To be considered for the position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Passion for Sales and New Home Construction.
- Motivated and willing to go the extra mile for our clients.
- Flexible working hours. Willing to work weekends. General work week is Thursday to Monday (can vary).
- Dedicated work ethic and strong customer service focus.
- Experience in Sales, Customer Service and Construction are highly regarded.
- Stable track record of employment.
- Desire to move into a long-term career role.
- Ability to read plans.
- Computer skills that adapt to differing software.
- A valid and current Drivers License and car.
Your duties will include:
- Guiding clients through their build, from initial contact through to finalising their plans for Contract.
- Effectively qualify, engage with, and covert leads to contract.
- Create and effectively manage an active pipeline.
- Getting to know developers and land agents in our area to make lasting contacts.
- Prospect and generate leads with intellectual marketing.
- Create marketing brochures, house and land packages.
- Add to our social media, keep our customers up to date with new ideas and promotions.
- Look for new and clever marketing ideas and locations.
- Effectively running a Display Home, including keeping marketing materials up to date, lodging maintenance requests with management to keep the Display Home in perfect condition, and managing your work-space to keep the Display Home neat and tidy
Skills and experience
- Experience selling new houses
- The right Sales and Business attitude
- The ability to qualify potential leads
- Ability to convert leads to sales and to follow through processing the sale to contract
- A good knowledge of a CRM, preferably PIPEDRIVE
- A good knowledge of quoting software, preferably QUOTEWERKS
- A good understanding of construction and how it works, how to site a house, what's required for a sales contract
- Working as an efficient team member.
- High email, typing, MS Office Suite, general computer skills.
- A knowledge of interior and external designs, setting out a design, orientation of a design, and modifying designs.
