About the role


We are currently searching for a dynamic New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in the Sunshine Coast region! 

The successful candidate will be a key stakeholder in our new customer journey, liaising with potential clients to discuss the benefits of building with Coral Homes and generate New Home Sales in the area.

Duties & Responsibilities

You will identify and meet client needs, maintain good sales relationships, have good product knowledge with the ability to handle a high volume of sales documentation. 

The role involves working 5 days a week including weekends as they are our busiest periods.

To be successful in this role, you must be proactive, highly organised with a focus on attention to detail and commitment to ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained. We will provide all the tools for success; the rest is up to you.

  • Your day-to-day duties will primarily involve communicating with prospective customers, setting appointments, and face to face presentations
  • You will be required to provide efficient responses to a high volume of Online enquiries
  • You will be held accountable for the achievement of sales budgets
  • You will maintain positive and productive relationships with customers and external stakeholders
  • You will ensure Displays are open and presented to our high standards
  • You will effectively track and manage all Leads using CRM software 
  • You will be working closely with your State Sales Manager & colleagues to provide solutions to individual client needs

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in New Home Sales is essential
  • Excellent professional and personal presentation
  • Self-motivated & willing to do what it takes to earn a high income $250K + OTE
  • Willingness to work over and above the set hours to achieve your financial goals
  • Target and goal-oriented
  • Competitive nature, winning mentality
