We’re on the hunt for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing construction team. The successful applicant will oversee a South of the River or North of the River (SOR/NOR) run of single story project homes.
And, in return for remarkable you, we offer:
- Competitive salary package + Super
- Company vehicle
- Mobile phone, iPad
- Market leading tech
- Supportive and fun team environment
- An inclusive workplace with regular social events
- Leadership & training from the industry’s best
- Working in a customer-centric building company, where happy clients (and suppliers) abound
But before we jump into the role (and why we think it’s the best), we should probably fill you in a little on our business. Right? Right.
How it started
No one knows how to put someone in a brand-new home better than Mark Di Masi. He's been doing it for years (30, in fact), having founded and run WA's second-largest and most awarded building company, Ventura Homes Group.
And no one has more business sense than Mark Reid. After decades of global leadership experience, including a lengthy stint as CEO of Bankwest (and running a Fortune 500 company…no biggie), he’s got the financial know-how to turn every business into a success story.
So, what happens when a WA building pioneer with 17,000+ homes under his belt and a digital finance-pro cross team up to create a new-age building company? La Vida Homes; a building company that's throwing away the old, tired blueprint in exchange for a remarkable new one.
How it’s going
It's a vibe; thanks for asking! Without the heavy layers of big builder bureaucracy, La Vida Homes isn't just championing real change; it's acting on it. Offering fixed pricing, transparent processes, unique experiences, and faster build times. And that's just the beginning.
Its small builder heart and big builder brain ensure every client receives a boutique level of care and service - at a price they can afford. The result? A raft of happy new homeowners, excellent team morale, over the moon suppliers/trades, and a pipeline of work growing year on year.
It’s great to e-meet you!
A bit about you
As an experienced Site Supervisor, you’ve cut your teeth learning everything there is to know about constructing quality homes. TBH, you could do the work in your sleep (but won’t).
You’re looking for a change of pace (otherwise, you wouldn’t be here, right?). A chance to jump headfirst into a new and exciting challenge and get the support and kudos you deserve. Because it has to be rewarding!
And, when it comes to boxes, you tick them all:
- Min 5 years experience as a Site Supervisor working on single-story project homes. Tick.
- Planning and management of monthly targets. Tick.
- White card. Tick.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Tick.
- Client-focused with a flexible can-do attitude. Tick.
- Ability to work in a team-focused environment. Tick.

- Excellent knowledge of building codes. Tick.
