We are seeking a motivated & enthusiastic Site Supervisor ( Parental Leave Cover from July 2024 - Jan 2025 ) to oversee and manage the day to day operation in one of Perth's Shopping Centre in Mirrabooka .
About the role
As the Site Supervisor, reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing & supervising the daily cleaning routines, maintaining high levels of quality control, training and coaching of employees, whilst managing work flow & client expectations.
In this role, you will be expected to meet KPIs, conduct site inspections and audits, adhere to and uphold all OH&S requirements.

Skills and experience
We are seeking someone with a minimum of 1 year of management and or supervisory experience, with a friendly attitude and an eye for detail.
You will be able to work with a range of ethnic individuals from diverse community groups and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, coupled with strong communication skills (both written and oral) and an ability to work efficiently and effectively independently without daily supervision.
You will need to have a current driver's license and national police clearance and must have Unlimited Work Rights .
