Salary- Experience in a similar fast-paced retail environment or customer service environment
- Previous leadership experience in a retail environment is highly advantageous for full-time roles
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of stock
- Flexibility to work across the week as well as deliveries (7am), late night trade (10pm), weekends and public holidays
- Ability to create a friendly and rewarding experience for our customers

We are seeking Full-time, Part-time and Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our team at our brand New Store at MUJI Highpoint! Are you looking for a role where you can not only sell innovative products that you love, but are also environmentally friendly? Then look no further, MUJI is the place for you! As a Sales Assistant in our new Highpoint store, you will be responsible for:
- Maximising sales through delivering exceptional customer service
- Supervising or assisting with the regular replenishment of stock
- Assisting team members with customer enquiries relating to refunds and exchanges
- Upholding visual merchandising standards

Full-time positions are salaried roles which offer 38 hours per week.Part-time positions are hourly roles, and offer fixed hours per week with a consistent roster. For example, the fixed hours could 15 hours, 20 hours, 22.5 hours, or another amount! Casual positions are hourly based and have variable hours which can provide greater flexibility.
SalaryFull-time: $57,421 base salary plus 11% superannuation Part-time and Casual: Hourly rate determined by the General Retail Industry Award
