New & Used Car Sales Trainee - Preston Toyota

We're seeking to add the next generation of automotive sales leaders to our business and are searching for Sales Executive Trainee/Cadets to join our team at Preston Toyota!

You might come from a retail background in department, grocery, fashion, bulky goods businesses or other sales-type roles such as telesales or real estate. Maybe you are working in the hospitality industry such as hotels, cafe's, or restaurants. In short, if you love giving a great guest experience we would like to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with our customers
• Provide the best customer experience for all visitors
• Maximise opportunities for the business
• Maintain accurate records
• Compliance to Policies and Procedures

Skills and Experience:

• No previous experience in the automotive necessary
• Customer service skills required
• Preferable exposure to sales, retail, or hospitality businesses
• Customer satisfaction exposure an advantage
• Available to work Saturdays (non-negotiable)
• Current drivers license (preferably open and manual)
