New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious New & Used VehicleSales Consultant to join our supportive team at our Broome Dealership.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Selling New & Used Vehicles 
• Gaining business from new and existing customers
• Meeting Key Performance Indicators
• Monitoring new and Used Vehicle Sales revenue, margin, and expense performance
• Understanding customer objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes
• Assisting customers in the selection and purchase process of new and Used Vehicles
• Ensuring that you provide top level customer service
• Maintaining a high level of knowledge about all vehicles and products
• Ability to understand cost benefits reasoning analysis among product range and communicate to clients
• Identifying and exceeding our customer’s needs, with in-depth advice and service

You will have an impressive and proven track record in retail sales, a desire to achieve results, the ability to meet sales targets and the ambition to succeed. 

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous dealership experience would be advantageous however, we welcome anyone with a strong sales background to apply.
• Ideally have experience using the dealership management system Revolution/Tune
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills 
• The ability to achieve results & profile customer needs
• Vehicle Sales Licence is desirable 
• A current valid driver’s licence 

Ideally you will have previous sales experience in the retail automotive industry; however we welcome all candidates with a strong sales background to apply.
