We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Used Car Sales Consultantat Nedlands MG.

We believe that buying a used car should be a delightful experience, and we're committed to providing our customers with the best service possible. As a Used Car Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers find the perfect pre-owned vehicle that fits their needs and budget.

The ROLE:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalised guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge about our extensive inventory of used cars, understanding their features, specifications, and benefits, to confidently assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Employ a consultative approach to sales, actively listening to customers' needs and recommending suitable vehicles that align with their requirements.
  • Guide customers through the negotiation process, offering competitive pricing and financing options, and ensuring a seamless and satisfactory sales experience.
  • Assist customers with completing necessary paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and dealership requirements.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Cross selling for New Vehicles may be required on occasion

  • Passionate about the automotive industry
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Self-motivated and financially hungry with a desire and passion to excel at closing every deal
  • Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
  • Well presented, professional with an attitude to succeed
  • Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to obtain a motor Vehicle Salespersons licence
  • Availability to work late night every Wednesday and half day every Saturday
  • WA drivers’ licence is required
  • Previous Vehicle Sales experience preferred but not essential
