An exciting opportunity exists to the suitable candidate to be part of a New Brand (JAC Motor) that will soon join the Northern Motor Group portfolio. Collectively we represent the Kia, Nissan, Jeep, Isuzu UTE, MG, RAM, SsangYong Brands and together we have a desire to ensure employees and workmates can identify and enjoy a sense of belonging to one unified and cohesive company.
About You
You will be seeking an opportunity to display your exceptional people skills, be well presented, have a 'can do attitude' and have strong communications skills. In this role we require a highly skilled individual whose focus is to provide outstanding customer service, has the expertise in negotiating and closing a sale, whilst having a genuine love for sales and "People".
About the Role
In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will enjoy
- Identifying potential leads and opportunities and then tailoring your negotiation approach accordingly
- Achieving & Exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Developing a thorough, in-depth knowledge of your given brand and its competitors, quickly becoming able to answer and respond to all questions
- Using CRM databases to report and track your sales activity
As a dealership, we have a continued focus on gender / equality balance and are looking to grow our team with warm fun people; automotive experience is not essential, and we welcome all sales / customer service backgrounds.
This role has a flexible working week with Saturdays being essential. Ongoing professional training and support will be provided and in return for your hard work, you'll receive an attractive remuneration package based on experience.
