Cannington Mazda is the largest Mazda outlet in Perth andcurrently has an opportunity for 3 highly motivated and driven individuals to join our high-performing sales team. Training will be provided so you do not need any experience in the automotive industry.
What you will need to secure the position:
A genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
- Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire).
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
- Build relationships with customers and potential customers
- Listen, understand and be responsive to customer’s needs
- Self-driven
About you:
If you are a highly motivated – driven individual with exceptional customer service and a passion for finding a customer’s dream car, we want you!
Prior experience in automotive sales roles will be highly regarded however, individuals who are passionate salespeople or have a customer service background are more than welcome.
You will ideally possess:
- Customer Service/ Retail experience
- Must be motivated and driven
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to meet KPIs and targets and perform in high-pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
