What you will be doing:
- Assisting the Night Manager to check and prepare reports & statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures
- Balance Food & Beverage point of sale transactions and credit card transactions to journal reports
- In absence of a Night Manager, oversee the hotel, ensuring the safety and security of the property and the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Assisting the Night Manager attend to any emergency situations
- Assist other departments with overnight duties as required to ensure a positive guest experience
