Form of workHotel Marvell is the newest 5 star boutique hotel located in the middle of Byron Bay. Consisting of 24 luxury 1 & 2 bedroom suites, a rooftop bar, swimming pool and fine dining restaurant.
We are seeking an experienced Night Auditor to join our team at Hotel Marvell. You will look after guests and assist them with any issues or requests throughout the night. You will also be responsible for the processing of all transactions in accordance with Hotel Policy and Procedures. In addition, there will also be public area cleaning tasks to be completed.
Requirements for the role:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role within a hotel environment.
- Good understanding of financial results with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service with a thorough understanding of the hotel environment.
- Confident in conflict resolution and creative problem solving.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Experience using Opera Cloud.
- Availability to work night shifts commencing at 10pm.
- Availability to work a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays.
The Night Auditor will be focused on ensuring that the highest possible standards of professionalism are maintained, and that guest service is always paramount. You will be an adaptable, motivated, and approachable person with the ability to follow up and action any maintenance, security or occupational health and safety issues as required.
