Owned and operated by our parent company GCPH Australia, our diverse and vibrant organisation is looking for a Night Manager to work across our two hospitality brands. Our Night Manager will work between 11pm and 7am and report to our Manager Hostel. They will be responsible for the following duties:
- managing the overnight operations of the properties
- night audit reporting
- check-ins and check-outs
- taking of reservations
- ensuring Guest booking requirements and bed allocations are met
- Encouraging Guest feedback and taking action accordingly to provide the best Guest experience possible
- Organising arrival and departure arrangements
- Effective coordination of the Guest's experience, including behaviour, service level expectations and welfare requirements
- Health and safety and well-being of guests during shifts
- Coordination of night security
