Our philosophy is to sell an experience and not just a bed and we need the right staff to do it - we aim to surprise every guest with professionalism, knowledge and exceptional customer service.
An exciting opportunity has become available on the Night Reception Team with a the possibility & flexibility to take on 2-3 staff. The current positions work as follows:
Full Time: The person covering this position works Sunday - Thursday. We are happy to consider a full time ‘salaried’ role for the right person.
Casual: This person works every Fri & Sat Night.
We are looking for outgoing, friendly, self-motivated and responsible staff who are eager to make a difference and are able to deal with any issues independently that arise during busy nights.

Experience with Hotel/Hostel Property Management Systems and in particular GuestCentrix is high desirable.
