Office Assistant – Biologic Environmental Survey

What you’ll do
We are lookingfor a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis (38 hours per week). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our office by efficiently handling administrative tasks and managing front of house activities. The role is solely office based but has flexibility for start and finishing times.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Supporting internal events by coordinating logistics such as venues, catering, and promotional activities.
- Building and office maintenance
- Coordinating and managing fix assets, IT, and new staff setups
What you’ll bring
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Quick learning ability and a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to empathise and interact with diverse stakeholder groups
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
