What does the job look like?
We are looking for an experienced Night Shift Manager to work at our customer site based at Chullora. The successful candidate will hold overall responsibility for the shift activities and operational effectiveness of the warehouse. Key areas:

• Promoting a safety-first culture and ensuring commitment to safety, COR and quality requirements at all times
• Supervise and assist the running of the warehouse operations on the Night Shift
• The effective rostering and management of warehouse teams and resources to deliver productive outcomes
• Active frontline engagement with site personnel to ensure they are motivated, trained and competent to perform tasks
• Report to leadership team on daily and weekly warehouse activity
• Maintain a strong relationship with our customers through proactive engagement

Are you the one?
You are a strong leader who acts with honesty and integrity and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and developing staff. You can demonstrate:

• Proven management and leadership skills in a logistics or warehouse environment
• Rostering and equipment management experience
• Safety leadership capability, process driven with an ability to work methodically
• Computer literacy with exposure to Warehouse Management Systems
• Self-driven to achieve and drive outcomes on a daily basis
• Previous experience with route planning in a fast paced environment
