Responsibilities:
Brand Activations and Marketing
- Collaborate with the Head of Brand to implement a marketing calendar and coordinate with product teams on releases and campaigns.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and align marketing activities across channels.
- Generate innovative marketing ideas and establish and maintain strong industry relationships.
- Manage and execute brand events as well as out-of-home marketing plans.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget.
- Oversee marketing materials.
- Measure and report on campaign performance.
- Analyze consumer behavior to adjust campaigns.
- Develop strategies to enhance the company's reputation.
- Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels.
- Manage and develop the marketing team.
- Enhance the brand's social presence.
- Increase social media following and engagement.
- Drive sales growth through social media.
- Promote new products and trends.
- Create and share social media reports.
- Monitor competitors and report insights.
- Oversee paid influencer collaborations.
- Ensure ambassadors effectively promote products.
- Manage collaboration inquiries.
- Expand ambassador network within budget.
- Distribute products and e-vouchers efficiently.
- Organize additional content with ambassadors.
- Conduct reviews to ensure maximum reach.
- Capture in-store and studio content.
- Manage product selection for shoots.
- Innovate in content creation.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand.
- Stay updated on global fashion trends.
- Keep abreast of celebrity culture and local/global trends.
- Enhance industry skills and awareness through:
- Understanding brand direction.
- Building relationships with buying and design teams.
- Gaining knowledge of client’s garments and styles.
