About the Role:
We are seeking suitably qualified and experienced Industrial Electrician with an interest in expanding their current knowledge and skillset to provide support to our growing team and clients in the Central Queensland Region. As an Industrial Electrician working with like-minded electricians you will be provided with opportunity to work on a wide variety of sites. You will also have access to ongoing training with the opportunity to upskill into several specialties across the electrical and communication industry.

- Generous Wages (EBA): hourly rate + penalties + allowances as per Nilsen (QLD) Pty Ltd and CEPU Electrical Division Queensland Enterprise Agreement 2019 – 2023.

About You:
Qualifications: (mandatory)
- QLD Electrical Licence (or other State/Territory with mutual recognition)
- CPR LV Rescue (within 12 months)
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
Experience: (Desired but not essential. Suitable Training will be provided)
- Industrial Maintenance / Installation
- Testing and Commissioning of Primary and Secondary Protection systems
- Experience with HVIA switching procedures
- Ability to follow SOPs and SWMS
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Assist with preparation of Technical reporting
- Sound understanding of electrical fault-finding processes
