Nmcp - Operational Data Management Scoping Study

Scope of Task:

The successful Service Provider will work with stakeholders to map the current Navy Operational Data landscape and provide recommendations, including a roadmap on how to get to a desired end state.
  
To support these requirements, the ODM Scoping Study will follow a four-step methodology: initial assessment; classification and categorisation; documentation and mapping; and finally, recommendations and forward roadmap.  The successful Service Provider is expected to conduct a presentation to NI&IW and NMCP based on the final report.
The Navy ODM Scoping Study is expected to provide the following:
  

1. Project Plan
2. Initial Assessment
3. Initial Findings Report
4. Scoping Study Report (begin drafting)
5. Classify Processes    
6. Documentation and mapping
7. Recommendations
8. Scoping Study Report (first draft)
9. Scoping Study Report Final
