The successful Service Provider will work with stakeholders to map the current Navy Operational Data landscape and provide recommendations, including a roadmap on how to get to a desired end state.
To support these requirements, the ODM Scoping Study will follow a four-step methodology: initial assessment; classification and categorisation; documentation and mapping; and finally, recommendations and forward roadmap. The successful Service Provider is expected to conduct a presentation to NI&IW and NMCP based on the final report.
The Navy ODM Scoping Study is expected to provide the following:

- Scoping Study Report (begin drafting)

- Documentation and mapping

- Scoping Study Report (first draft)
