Job Description:
As an Entry-Level Respite Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and supportive care to people with disabilities in their own homes. This includes but is not limited to:
-Providing personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
-Helping with meal preparation and feeding
-Assisting with mobility and activities of daily living
-Providing companionship and emotional support
-Working with the client and their family to develop and implement a care plan
Qualifications:
-No prior experience is required, but a passion for helping others is a must
-A willingness to learn and grow
-A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Training:
We provides comprehensive training to all of our Respite Care Workers. This training includes topics such as:
