We are currently seeking three dedicated carers to provide exceptional care for a 70-year-old woman with mobility issues and dealing with comorbid health conditions. This position involves assisting the patient in various aspects of daily life, offering a high level of support, and maintaining a positive and communicative relationship with fellow carers.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care and support to a patient with multiple health conditions.
Assist with daily activities, including personal care, cleaning, meal preparation, and cooking.
Accompany the patient for outings, such as lunch, shopping, and medical appointments.
Drive the patient to medical appointments and pick up prescriptions as needed.
Offer emotional support and companionship.
Be available for overnight stays when required (on a day-to-day basis).
Requirements:
Previous experience as a nurse is highly beneficial.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for providing care.
Excellent communication skills, as you will need to work closely with the patient and communicate with family and other carers regularly.
Flexibility in working hours, including overnight shifts on a case-by-case basis.
Ability to work effectively in a team and foster a positive relationship with fellow carers.

Payment and Terms:
This is a contractor position, and payment will be made on an invoicing basis.
The successful candidate must have their own Australian Business Number (ABN) for invoicing purposes.
