What you need:
- Passion for the hospitality industry
- Be self-motivated and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- The ability to maintain high and consistent food standards at all times
- Strong leadership and delegation skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team environment & excellent communication skills
- Relevant qualification in Cookery highly preferred
