About the opportunity
With great teams behind them, creative leaders can flourish, and ASR Are partnering with OOTS on the appointment of a dynamic Creative Director to work with staff across a broad-ranging client portfolio.
The primary responsibility of the Creative Director is to conceive and develop overarching creative concepts and oversee their execution. Providing guidance and mentorship to a small but highly skilled cross-discipline creative team, the Creative Director will lead quality control of creative production, whilst leveraging their strategic mindset to drive great outcomes across the agency.
About you
You bring extensive experience leading ideation and creative within an agency or in-house environment, as well as:
- Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and mentorship to creative teams;
- Ability to work collaboratively to drive positive outcomes across the agency;
- Extensive copy writing experience; and
- Drive and ambition to contribute to the growth and development of the agency.
