- *ABOUT THE ROLE**We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Barista to join our team at our Westfield Carindale location.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a love for coffee, and the flexibility to work across all sections of our café as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to be part of a growing company.
- *Key Responsibilities:Craft delicious and expertly brewed coffee, leading by example.
- Assist in various sections of the café, including the kitchen, service counter, and dining area, as needed.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Bring a vibrant, energetic attitude to work, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Foster a unified team spirit, embodying a "One Team, One Dream" vibe.
- Vigilantly monitor and manage stock levels, including coffee supplies, powders, milk, garnishes, and dine-in cups, to ensure seamless operations and prevent shortages.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and optimal stock levels across all sections of the café, while consistently delivering high-quality products.
- Ideally working Thursday to Saturday.
