What we're looking for
We're looking for experienced baristas and café all-rounders to help us continue on our journey.
Successful candidates will possess a combination of the following:
- Be personable and follow our established customer service protocols
- 1+ yrs experience in a high volume environment
- Available to work a flexible roster - 20 + hrs per week. Must be available weekends
- Be able to work in a fast-paced team-based environment
- Be able to work unsupervised
- Positive attitude with a strong communication skills and work ethic
- Ability to plan, organise and control situations
- Honest, punctual and have a good sense of humour
- Well organised and uphold company standards.
Current RSA is essential.
Must have own transport.
