KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

• Registered Nurse Grade 3 holding current AHPRA Registration
• Tertiary Qualifications and or experience in the Drug and Alcohol treatment services
• Demonstrated experience in working with clients with complex needs
• Sound understanding of primary care and commitment to the Social Model of Health.
• Understanding and commitment to a multidisciplinary team approach to health management
• Proven ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
• Well-developed written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to liaise and communicate with a wide range of health professionals
• Ability to perform in a changing work environment
• Current Victorian Drivers Licence
• Ability to work therapeutically in a range of environments that includes centre based, assertive outreach and other community forums

Qualifications:

• Registration with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency as a Division 1 Registered Nurse
