About you:

Experienced Registered Nurse looking for a career change who would like to experience the beautiful lifestyle that North Sydney has to offer.

You will be helping to create a home residents love, you’ll take pride in delivering care standards that are of the highest level. No two days will be the same in this diverse role.  What will not change though is your commitment to:

• Lending a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard and are safe
• Recognizing each resident is unique and enabling them to live the best life they can
• Identifying change in residents’ needs and preferences and escalating to the clinical team
• Delivering person centered care, respecting our resident’s routines and choice
• Supporting residents to remain active physically and mentally

Your empathy, caring approach, and the understanding of the importance of the role you play in our residents’ day to day lives.  As well as:

• A true team player and great communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• Empathy and compassion for the elderly and the challenges they face
• Strong initiative and the ability to complete tasks efficiently
• Ahpra Registration and Relevant Qualifications 
• The ability to build rapport with our residents, their families and visitors

Overview of Homes: 

Manly Vale:

Estia Health Manly Vale is a modern and welcoming home located on a quiet residential street off Condamine Street. Close to local, shops, hospitals and public transport and a short drive to Manly center and beach.

Epping:

Set on an acre, Estia Health Epping, previously known as 'The Poplars', is located on a quiet residential street with onsite parking and close to public transport and the green expanse of the adjoining Epping Oval. 

Willoughby: 

Estia Health Willoughby is an elegant home with art-deco styling, sweeping verandas and landscaped gardens. Set in a leafy suburb on Sydney’s North Shore, the home has a bus stop at the door and is close to the station, services and shops of nearby Chatswood. 

St Ives:

St Ives is our brand new home. It opens it doors in December 2024 and will continue to expand over the next 6 months. Surrounded by greenery and just off Mona Vale Rd, the home brings a choice of care and services  to the Upper North Shore community.
