The opportunity
The North SME team provides North product, platform and process expertise and assistance to the North Service Centre & North stakeholders and assists in developing and improving various aspects of team performance and the platform design.
The North SME teams works in conjunction with various members of the North Product and Platform Teams, DST, Production Support, Breakfix, Project teams and North Partnerships to deliver enhancements to the platform offer.
How you will make an impact:
Assisting in testing of both North Online and Bluedoor releases
Provide support and expertise to business projects
Support the maintenance and improvement of process and process documentation for North Partnerships
Help assess customer experience to actively improve day to day processes & procedures
Support North Partnerships with identification and remediation of incidents, issues and breaches
Determine appropriate solutions to issues affecting the North Service Centre
Support to ensure compliance with regulatory change initiatives that impact North platform and North Operations
Assist managers in handling complex queries & escalations
Maintain procedures and communications on the North AMPCKB page
Act as a source of North operational expertise for the North Service Centre and Operations, Production Support, Breakfix, projects other North related teams
Provide assistance to NSC team members with processing of complex technical tasks
What you will bring to the role:
Superannuation and regulation knowledge (desirable)
Managed fund industry knowledge (desirable)
Understanding of share market (desirable)
Understanding of financial planning concepts (desirable)
General knowledge of financial markets and investment assets (desirable)
Experience in Wrap Platforms (desirable)
Evidence of being ‘process driven’ and having high attention to detail
Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
Experience in enterprise wide projects and releases
