About the role:
Bolton Clarke Enrolled Nurses provide a range of clinical and care services to our Home Care clients across a variety of practice areas, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.
These include:
- Providing nursing care with the support from an Experienced Registered Nurse
- Collaborating with community supports, referrers, GPs, families and allied health
- Contributing to the assessment, prevention and early detection of any health conditions
- Contributing to the formulation of care plans, reviews and case conferencing
- $15,900 Salary packaging + $2,650 meal & entertainment allowance
