As the Northern Operations Co-ordinator you will ensure the contracts and sites assigned to you are resourced and run in an efficient manner.
Based at the head office in Launceston the suitable candidate will be responsible for :
- Assigning shifts in accordance with rosters for contracted sites
- Ensuring team members on both planned and unplanned leave have their shifts covered.
- Assisting the Northern Operations Manager where required.
- Ensure hours worked by employees are monitored to ensure employees are working within the contract requirement with the time and attendance scheduling system.
- Approve shift daily for the fortnightly payroll processing.
Skills Required
- Previous experience with business operations, rostering experience is an advantage.
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet, to cover shifts at last minute cancellations.
- Excellent communication
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
