Reporting to the Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for educating, quoting and ordering vehicles for current and potential clients. This role will up-sell and cross-sell across additional leasing products to ensure revenue is maximised for each lease contract.
We are seeking an individual who possesses the following qualities:
- Experience in Novated Leasing, salary packaging or a similar space highly desirable
- Proven experience in a sales and customer relationship role managing and developing a busy client portfolio
- Ability to take customers through a consultative selling process
- A passion for sales and is hungry to develop and win opportunities
- Exceptional and effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Consultative approach with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage and influence effectively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Highly organised with good time management skills
- High attention to detail is a must
- Dedicated, proactive and committed
- A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a good working knowledge of CRM systems
