AddressThe role of Recruitment Consultant is essential within our recruitment business, providing ongoing support to our established and long term clients, as well as building relationships with new organisations and points of contact. Focusing on exceptional service delivery and client liaison.
You will be handling the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placing candidates as well as business development.
To be considered you must have:
Experience in key account management within recruitment and labour hire environments will be highly advantageous, in addition to:
- Experience working to and exceeding targets and deliverables
- Strong time management and critical thinking ability
- Positive and energetic approach to your working day
- Key strengths in building and maintaining lasting client relationships
- Resilience and confidence, driven by success
- Above industry salary and commission structure
