Our Business Development & Transformation department are seeking it’s next NPI & Sales Support Advisor to join the team!
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting sales teams? We’re seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Product Management and Sales Support Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our New Product Introduction (NPI) program and coordinating Caterpillar and Sales Account Planning processes. Your responsibilities include engaging with business stakeholders, maintaining business case actions and reporting them in advance of senior leadership meetings.
In addition, the role will support the Sales Managers and Product Management team, generally, with regards to the development and delivery of Sales Strategy initiatives, that result in the development of sales opportunities.
Location: South Guildford (Parts Distribution Centre)
Roster: 5 Days 2 Off – 8.5HRS (Permanent Full-Time)
To be successful the following is required:
- Tertiary qualification within the areas of Business Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields, coupled with a minimum 2 year’s marketing and Sales management experience.
- Experience in Project Management of key sales/marketing initiatives, including the management of change.
- Proficient in data acquisition and data management
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal skills)
- Proficiency in presenting to large groups on all levels of management.
- Change Management Experience
- Process improvement and development through cross functional team coordination and collaboration.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and manage fluctuating workloads whilst achieving tight deadlines. Advanced computer literacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously.
