The Company

Esena Energy helps businesses and families be more energy efficient. We do this by upgrading Australian Businesses and households with a range of energy efficient upgrades including LED Lighting, Air-conditioning, Heat Pump water heating, Solar PV systems, Battery technology and Energy Management Solutions. We put more money back in the hands of our clients while reducing their carbon footprint on the environment. We've grown tremendously over the last few years. This means that we are evolving into the next stage of our growth which will require enterprising self motivated self starters keen on testing their own ideas in the marketplace under our brand.

The Role
The opportunity available is for NSW Green Energy Service Coordinatorto join our high growth team for a 3 month contract that will coordinate and improve the service delivery between multiple departments - Sales, Electrical/HVAC, Compliance, and Customer Service. This hands-on role will suit someone who loves direct contact with the service providers delivering solutions to our customer base. The operations environment is dynamic and is best suited to quick thinking individuals that can implement solutions that are pragmatic and sensible. You will assist us in building bigger operational solutions to cope with the influx of new business in NSW generated by our very competent sales team. If you're a big thinker with the experience of assisting in delivering big bold solutions, then this job is for you. The key areas of responsibility are job completion management, admin support and operational efficiency as we grow the business bigger.

Your tasks will include: 

• Job management from start to completion
• Scheduling and coordinating installations/jobs for electrical and plumbing teams
• Coordinating, ordering and managing stock for installations
• Administrative support
• Maintaining accurate operational and job management records 
• Liaising with the sales team to ensure what was promised to the customer is delivered
• Coordinate and work with NSW Operations team and Compliance officers for successful delivery of Green Energy installation projects
• Assisting with compliance processing to ensure timely collection of evidence and providing support to the compliance team if/as necessary
• Evaluate and approve sub-contractor invoices
• Periodical reviews and meetings to go over installs, improvements, and job scheduling
• Ensuring we meet and exceed our WHS requirements
