NSW/ACT Pharmacy State Operations Manager
Responsible for leading a highly engaged state team to deliver business KPIs with market leading brands including Codral, Nicorette, Neutrogena and Zyrtec.
This position reports into The Associate Director of Field Operations Australia and is based at Sydney, NSW.

What will you do
The NSW/ACT Pharmacy State Operations Manager is responsible for:
Leading, engaging and developing a team of Territory Sales Managers to deliver business KPIs with market leading brands (Codral, Nicorette, Neutrogena, Zyrtec)
Ownership and Account Management of small to medium Pharmacy Banners and partnering with National & State Account Teams to execute account plans
Ensuring our brands are available to all consumers across the Pharmacy channel & represented in a way aligned to our Perfect Store philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
Developing a consumer centric team focused on helping our pharmacy partners bring solutions to consumers.
Translating National KPIs into actionable TSM targets & expectations
Driving field direction & priorities based on Business Plans and working closely with the National Account and Cross Functional teams to execute strong field plans that achieve set targets through increasing sales, monitoring trade spend and increasing market share
Implementing clear development plans for your team and analysing sales performance & KPI metrics to drive visibility & accountability
Build and maintain strong strategic customer relationships to accelerate both current and future growth opportunities.
Champion Perfect Store and execute key KPIs for Share Of Shelf, Must Stock Lists, Hand-Eye, Off Location & Promotional Compliance
Be the voice of Pharmacy & the field team in company forums, ensuring you secure the required resources to execute your plan
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Qualification Profile:
Be an experienced results oriented leader with the ability to coach and motivate your team
FMCG industry, ideally with Pharmacy experience.
Collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders
Be commercially astute with the ability to view from multiple perspectives
Have agility to meet changing demands; as well as be proactive and impactful
Be results orientated with efficient planning and organization skills
Strong analytical skills, utilising both business systems & the Microsoft suite
