We are seeking Disability Support Workers to provide individualised support for our residents with complex support needs (including complex behavioural support) within their home.

Our next induction will be held in May2024. This is a full 2-week paid induction where you will be equipped with the best training and knowledge to be a Disability Support Worker at Nulsen.
What you’ll bring to the role:
A minimum 1-years experience supporting individuals with complex behavioural support needs.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
A strong understanding of positive behaviour support and active support.
Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to use your initiative.
Have flexible availability to fit in with our current rosters (including morning, afternoon, weekend, night, split and/or short shifts).
What you’ll need:
A full Australian Driver’s Licence.
Full work rights in Australia.
NDIS Workers Screen Clearance
NDIS Workers Orientation Module
Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) including CPR with at least six months validity.
