We're seeking an ambitious individual to join their team as Home Loan Specialists. In this role, you'll be pivotal in their customer-centric mission, guiding potential borrowers through their journey from lead to borrower.
As demand grows, you'll play a vital role in supporting applicants through the application and approval process. If you excel, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with the founders, establish operational processes, and lead a growing team. Your insights will be invaluable in driving their business forward.
You’ll be Responsible for:
- Communicating the value proposition clearly and succinctly.
- Being an expert on LMI, house deposits, government grants, and schemes available to customers.
- Providing feedback from customers, ensuring their solutions remain market-leading.
- Embodying the brand and leaving a lasting impression on customers.
- Tailoring solutions using their servicing calculator.
- Thinking creatively to help customers achieve their ambitions.
- Experience in mortgage broking, Lending Specialist, or customer sales/support roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Financial literacy and a keen interest in mortgages, the property market, finance, and technology.
- Proactive, dedicated, and eager for a startup adventure.
