Where you'll be working
Nurse bank staff will work across all areas of Royal North Shore Hospital to cover any shortfalls. Staff will be allocated to a particular unit for an extended period to cover vacancies and planned leave, as well as moving around the facility to cover any unplanned vacancies. Nurse bank staff are expected to work a mix of mornings, evenings and nights, but have the freedom to self-roster all their hours. Please note this is not a casual pool position, it is permanent employment.
What you'll be doing
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the greater health care team to achieve quality patient care outcome.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Provide evidence of current experience in an acute hospital environment, including examples of current clinical knowledge and critical thinking
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
