Metro South Health, Clinical Outsourcing and Auditing Program are looking for Nurse Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for providing coordinating and guidance in relation to nursing management pracitces for a variety of different services in order to achieve strategic and organisation/divisional goals. This role will work in cllobration with other Grade 7’s supporting the Clinical Outsourcing and Auditing Program in overall efficient and effective management, benchmarking, maintaining standards and optimising patient/program outcomes.Job details Position status Permanent

• Accountable for Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and own standards, actions and the outcomes of own nursing practice, professional advice given and for all delegated activities.
• Support the integration of key objectives from the Metro South/Divisional strategic and operational plans and clinical service profiles into service delivery for the Clinical Outsourcing and Auditing Program.
• Participate in the development and sustainability of a culture of learning resulting in a capable and educated nursing workforce.
• Practise within an evidence-based framework and initiate quality improvement and research activities within Clinical Outsourcing and Auditing Program.
