About the roleThe District Patient Flow & Access Manager role provides professional and operational leadership and direction for the safe and effective flow of patients accessing care in Western NSW Local Health District (WNSWLHD) and major referral hospitals/health services/networks.
The Virtual Division is a supportive, agile, and innovative team consisting of vCare (Virtual, Co-ordination, Access, Referral, Escalation), vRGS (Virtual Rural Generalist Service), iCiC (Integrated Care in the Community) and vAHS (Virtual Allied Health Service). As a service, it operates, collaborating with rural and remote Facilities, Base Hospitals, Tertiary Referral Hospitals, Ambulance New South Wales, and all clinicians involved in the delivery of patient centred care.
