As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will oversee a dedicated team while maintaining clinical responsibilities. Your expertise in oncology nursing will be crucial in delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients undergoing radiation therapy. What you will need?
AHPRA Registration
Previous Management Experience
Demonstrated Clinical Oncology Experience
NSW Health Legislation and ACQSHC National Standards.
Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
Collaborate with the Quality and Clinical Governance team to uphold best practices and contribute to continuous quality improvements.
