Your opportunity to make a difference! We are seeking experienced Nurse Manager – Recruitment to join our Nursing and Midwifery Services on a permanent full-time basis.
About the Role:
As the Nurse Manager – Recruitment, you will be responsible for providing coordination and guidance in relation to nursing management practices by enabling and supporting operational and strategic organisational/divisional goals, working in collaboration with the senior nursing and midwifery leadership team supporting the Logan and Beaudesert Health Service in overall efficient and effective management, benchmarking, maintaining standards and optimising patient/program outcomes. This position supports recruitment to existing vacancies and other identified strategies to maximise an available workforce.
