The Role
As the Nurse Practitioner you will:
- Develop and promote positive relations with patients, nursing peers, medical practitioners, allied health and community.
- Provide advanced and autonomous expert care to patients and families
- Prescribe medications
- Provide management of long-term conditions
Skills & Experience
The successful applicant will have the following:
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner
- Extensive professional and/or leadership experience.
- Advanced clinical experience in the assessment and treatment of illness and injury
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills
- strong computer literacy across both standard office, and specialised medical software
