We are seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner to work in an Urgent Care setting in Midland.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding access to essential healthcare services, fostering strong relationships with patients, and working collaboratively within our team.
About the Role:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions.
- Provide preventative and primary healthcare services
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and allied health to ensure seamless patient care
- Utilise telehealth technology to deliver services to remote patients

Essentials
- Current AHPRA registration as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience working as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in primary care or a similar setting.
- Advanced clinical experience in assessment, treatment, and health promotion within your scope of practice.
- This is a patient-focused role requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skillls
- We utilise a range of clinical and scheduling software which requires strong computer skills; experience with BP would be highly regarded.
